We got home safe and sound less than an hour ago and talked about this new little man in our lives the entire drive home.
Here are photos taken today before we left (he is still less than a day old here) and isn't he gorgeous!!
This man is the best looking man I've ever had in my life and I love him with all my might!!!
No doubt we will wear a groove in the road from San Antonio to Houston cause this little guy is going to know his Nana and Grandpa no doubt about it.
While we were in Houston, the Livestock & Rodeo was going on and next year for Rudy's first birthday, we'll buy him his first pair of cowboy boots and his first cowboy hat - Ride 'Em Rudy!!!
What does precious mean to you?
Another day without smoking and maybe one of the most significant, I was so happy that my new man couldn't smell those nasty assed cigarettes all over me and I could hug and kiss him all over without spoiling that wonderful baby scent.
Another cigarette will never, not ever go into this mouth!

Aw, so adorable!! I'm really all kinds of jazzed for you. Knowing that you are giving Rudy a better chance of keeping you firmly planted in his life for a long, long time has got to be some really awesome incentive to keep going. If you stick with it, he'll never have even known you as a smoker, not even those first days. Such awesomeness.
