The last few years, we've asked our grown children to give us gift certificates instead of buying us something we may not use. We've gotten gift certificates for everything from airlines to gourmet restaurants. Today we took one of the gift certificates to a Mexican Restaurant, Rosario's in the Arts District of downtown, it's a restaurant we haven't been to - anyway, we went right after the official lunch time (around 1:30ish) and we were promptly seated up against a floor to ceiling window (about 22ft ceilings) that looked out on a busy city corner. Food was fabulous and the Margaritas made me want to come home and screw - OMG, did I just say that?!!! Don't like being bombed but love the buzz.
Normally I'm not a drinker and alcohol just doesn't taste good to me but since I've quit smoking, Margaritas taste lots better.

Margaritas are the best drink in the world. Mojito's are a close runner up. However, you haven't had a proper liquid lunch until you've experienced the TGIF Ultimate Mudslide at noon. :-)
Ohh! I've had the Ultimate Mudslide! That thing is a meal in itself. It sure is delicious, though.
That restaurant and your seating sounded fabulous! As did the bevvies, you're too funny :)
