Today will be my first time in the pool this season, the water in the pool is already 90 degrees and it's hit 100 degrees outside already and it's even more hot in the enclosed pool house. The daily high has been stuck in the upper 90's to 100 degrees now for probably a good 3 weeks.
Yeah, so I know the next question you're just aching to ask.........."When do we get to see Deb in a swim suit?"
You won't get photos out of me, no sirree bob, this 53 year old body just aint what it used to be and a miracle bathing suit isn't enough of a miracle for this old lady!!!

Weather is a funny thing. We had some 90's, but it's been cooler the past while. Today we will be lucky to hit 60...
I just finished mowing and athough it's no where as hot as there by the time I was finished it felt like it. Thanks for the recommendation that was very nice. As soon as I get around to doing them myself you're top on the list.
Interesting that we're getting a cooler, wetter June here in Illinois. I know hwat you mean about swim suits. I wish they'd design one with more of an empire waist.
Musings - actually they do at Lands End (online, catalog, and sometimes at some of the Sears stores). My body just isn't proportioned like it was when I was 20 - LOL!
I remember complaining about the summers when I lived in Missouri.......nothing prepared me for summers in South Texas! We are about 12" short in rainfall so far this year with nothing on the horizon. When the summer highs set in though, there isn't anything short of a hurricane that will change the summer weather pattern.
It's been pouring here in good old blighty ... is the heat over there moist and humid or is it dry heat? I went on a holiday in northern Spain a few years back but the heat there is very dry and so you didn't get uncomfortably sticky. I hope you enjoy the pool - it sounds fabulous.
Most of the time it's humid, hot, sticky and downright gross but lately it's been a dryer heat and the lawns are burnt to a crisp. Watering lasts about an hour and then it's cracking dry and the water bills are.....outrageous. It's just going to be a miserable summer. I hope we don't have hurricane weather though cause there is too much human suffering. We live about 2.5 hrs from the coast but we'd still get bad weather from it and we have family all along the coast.
Yep, it's getting crazy hot here in Alabama, too.
As for pictures of me in a swimsuit...pfft! I know what you mean. If anyone starts taking pics when I'm around in mine, I start seriously considering mumu's. LOL
Well it’s not that hot here in NJ yet, but it’s coming. Enjoy the pool.
