Thank you for taking the time to share with me and everyone else the wisdom of your years.

Pray without ceasing.
This is more of a mantra I read to myself everyday; I have it printed out and posted on the wall within eye range;
Today I am relaxed
Today I am grateful
Today I work hard (meditative/spiritual practice)
