Today is my Birthday (thank you for the well wishes, I appreciate your kindness, really) and I wanted to take my nifty new Nikon to the park and take photos - I was not disappointed. I took 357 photos in less than 90 minutes. I've attached a few here for you to enjoy.

Happy Birthday Mamaflo! I must say that the shots you took with the new camera are wonderful! I love photography! I learned back in the day when you measured light with a meter and develped photos in a lab! (I am showing my age here!) Digital is the best! I will post some pics of my trip soon! Right now I only have like two hours and then my laptop battery will die! I need to go get another one today! I am leaving for another business trip on Monday.

Nice shots! I still haven't figured out to use a fraction of the features on my Canon digital SLRs (the old ones OR the new one), but I love the "green button" for point and shoot and the magic happens. Looks like the magic is happening for you, too...enjoy your new toy.

I love these photos, especially the flower with the bee. You captured such a clear picture! I love my digital camera - I can take tons of pictures and toss the bad ones, or fix them on the computer.
