I was looking around BLOGLOG and I came across your blog. I am in Texas too and I just thought that I would stop by and say HI and say aww what a cute baby!
Once the family next door took me to the beach where we collected winkles, a kindof sea creature with a shell. The mother cooked them then gave me some to eat.I'll say the word Booger and leave it at that.
Awww poor Rudy! Feeding Max the mushed up sweet potatoes and green peas used to make me gag! No wonder the boy doesn't want anything to do with vegetables now LOL!
Rudy's Daddy loved beets - go figure. Actually his father loved anything and everything I put in his mouth but loved vegetables of any kind the most, second was fruit. Every time I watch this clip I feel for the little guy - YUCK!
Poor baby! Green beans are a tough one after yummy vegetables like sweet potatoes and squash - both of which my son will not touch now. He'll eat his green beans everytime though, so there is hope yet.

My name is Debra, Debbie, Deb. I'm the oldest of 7 children, born and raised in the mid-west. Was in the Army when we were still WACs. Married to the same man for more than 30 years, and Retired (both of us). Have strong opinions that I love voicing but others hate hearing. I quit smoking in Sept 2007 after 36 years of living with a cigarette in my mouth, and became a new grandma in March 2008. Life just keeps getting sweeter!!
P/S The FLO in MamaFLO comes from the beginning of my last name.

Oh, Rudy, there are far worse vegetables than green beans! Like rutabaga or parsnips.

Don't cry Rudy -- they're much better when they're not all mushed up.
