Has the addition of Entrecard's Firefox toolbar changed your dropping habits?
Do you drop on Favorites or from your Inbox?
If you drop from your Inbox, have you requested through Entrecard that they add a "Not Dropped On" category?
If you drop from your Inbox does this penalize a "friend" when they are ill or out of town because they aren't dropping back (not in your inbox)?
Do you have a certain time of the day that you drop?
How many blogs do you drop for and how many do you drop for each blog?

WOW, 900 a day by noon? Not me. That's too much of a chore. I'm doing good to get 200 by the end of the day! I have two blogs with entrecard. I like the tool bar which does speed up the dropping. I try to return all my drops but also go through my favorites as well. Sometimes I don't always get to it though. I also like using the random dropping on the toolbar to find new sites and perhaps get some first time visitors to my blogs.
900? wow, i do not know if i can ever reach that number, I drop by checking first who is in my ibox and open their sites to drop. then, i do the random dropping.
yeah I wish there is "Not dropped" category because I am having a hard time exiting all 10 blogs in my browser and opening again another 10 only to find out that I already drops in theirs.
You are one of the bloggers who drops into mine religiously but please forgive me for not reciprocating the drops regularly, it's hard to do that everyday for I have a long hours work everyday.
But I really love, reading your blogs. Love the new photoblog :)
Right now I use both because sometimes the bar misses just like you said... I usually go to my inbox and check back a couple days to make sure I get everyone... I usally do it at night after the new day starts.. I only do about 150. The last two nights I have been at a sleep clinic and that has hampered my droppin... dang..
Heck I forget the last question now.. It takes me a while to drop because I like to read the post people put up. Sometimes I comment sometimes I don't depends on how I feel about what they are saying... That being said this sleep clinic thing was strange I'll I know is I am tired...

I start with my fave reads list and I drop on all of them plus i click through to their advertisers then keep going like that til i'm out of them, then i choose a category in the toolbar and I start dropping on all the newest blogs til i've finished my 300.
I'm still learning all the ins and outs, but I mostly drop from my in box.

I have three blogs on Entecard. Starting at midnight, I drop two blogs (600 drops) then sometime the next day when I get online, I'll drop the 3rd blog(300 drops). I use a favorites list for all 3 blogs. I haven't even downloaded the toolbar yet.
I'll start my dropping from my inbox to appreciate those who dropped on me even though I don't have the "I'll follow badge".
I've thought the dropping restriction will only allow us to drop 600 drops every ip address.
i drop on favorites first. only 3 or 4 times i reached 300. i wont be doing that when school start for my kid.
i normally average 50 drops or less. the toolbar is helpful though, makes it easier somehow.
i don't know how you do it. 900 a day. can i hire you? ;)
go for ALL and cheapest...that should give you the not dropped on. i do the most popular and sometimes i do random.

I use the new toolbar thing... and I drop on my favorites first everyday.
And then I go through my inbox and reciprocate drops. I try to not make it too complicated or else I will get bored and burnt out.
I did ask for the "not dropped" category to be added. Supposedly it's coming soon.
Dropping EntreCards depends on my mood. Sometimes I will run though the 300 in about 30 minutes. Other times I will do like i'm doing now. take time out on each site I visit and see if I can find a post that I can relate to. Drop the card and make a comment.

I have five ec-tied-in blogs, and I try to do 50 per day for each, using the new EntreBar, which I love.
Which brings me up to 250 a day if I'm lucky.

Yes, I think 900 is killing yourself. You need to cut back somewhere. I do find the new entrebar very helpful and speedy, but like you, I wish there was a way to screen out the sites I have already dropped. That's why the last 100 of my 300 daily drops takes so long--a lot of them I have already done. Like you, I drop from my inbox, but that is never 300 so I have to go elsewhere.
Wow, you're much better than I am. I usually drop about 100-150 a day, and if I'm busy with life etc., it may not be but 50 or so. The toolbar has helped, at least to get through the initial droppers who have already caught me for the day. Then I click to go to the dashboard, and start dropping from my inbox, using ones I haven't dropped on.
Looking at your sidebar, I realized just now you own the Passport2Cruising and Through the Lens blogs. Forgive me for not being keen enough to notice but I have been trying my best to return the drops made from those blogs.
Like you, I drop 900 cards daily for my 3 blogs and it's not a walk in the park. I work on a 8-5 basis and I just can't imagine how I was able to manage with the dropping chores without internet connection at work!
I drop from my inbox, my favorites and from the most popular blogs. I mix them altogether. And I usually finish the task early in the mornign before going to work (12nn is the cut off time here for dropping cards).
By the way, if I haven't said THANK YOU just yet, I'm doing it now. You have been my consistent No. 1 Dropper for 2 months since I took dropping cards religiously.

Wow, I think I'm doing well if I drop 50 a day!!
I dropped 300 for most of my blogs and it wasn't easy. It took me more than half an hour to finish 300 drops! I drop by checking first who's in my inbox, then I'll do the random dropping as well. It takes time but it's all worth it!
