Everyone knows that Rudy is my first (and only) Grandchild and I love everything about him....well, he's still being breast fed but they have started him on baby food and this is a video of him eating and oh boy does he enjoy food!!!

How old is he?! He can barely hold his head up and he's eating solids?! You know, two of my four wouldn't eat baby food, not a bite. They went from milk to tea and toast.
I also noticed in the video that the little dog stood very still, watching, for a long time. Waiting for scraps?

Rudy is 5 months old in this video, he will celebrate his 6 month birthday on the 11th.
His head is big and so it's taken awhile to get the neck muscles to hold up that noggin.
Rudy has such a happy spirit and I have to give all the credit for that to his Mama (although I do think the love and personal attention he gets from his Daddy (my son) helps too).
I watch this video probably 5-7 times day day and never grow tired of it.
They have 3 dogs, 2 bulldogs and 1 pug.
they learn fast though once you give them that solid food, don't they.
now everyone gets to make faces as they feed rudy...it's like we go through the motion with our lips, right.
looks like the dogs are waiting in back for anything to drop on the floor. lol
I love how animated he gets. He is precious!

Wow, I clearly remember the first time we fed our 4-month old son a "solid" food (rice cereal) - the look on his face was priceless!

You must be so inlove with this kid! It's so easy to see how much you love him.
