We will be leaving for our long awaited Panama Canal Transit coming up here next week and I've been busy getting things done so we can be gone more than 2 weeks.
I'm going to try to post at least a few times from the ship but internet connections onboard are expensive and traditionally very slow.
I hope you will check back often and see where we are and what we're doing.
In the meantime I'm trying to drop but sometimes it gets late before it's all finished. I will not be able to drop at all during the 2+ weeks we are gone, I hope I don't loose you all.

I have been erratic also visiting blogs these days. Because I am deep, deep in the bush, in the middle of nowhere. With an internet connection, a bad one. And power on 2 hours, off 2 hours, and then no power and then perhaps power.

Mama Flo--have a great trip...however, you have a blogger blog. This means you can write a whole bunch of posts and using the "posting options" field at the bottom of the text box where you write your post, you can specify what date the post will appear. So if you wanted to write posts and publish them in the future, you can.
I'm going out of town Thursday through Tuesday, but I'll have brand new posts each and every day while I'm gone because I wrote them last weekend and scheduled them to appear while I'm out of town.
Try it...whenever you get a spare moment, write a generic post about something that you can post any day and it wouldn't matter. That way you'll always have posts that you can schedule, and always keep your blog fresh.
