Nice post....Unfortunately, you have to get someone's attention first to have a chance at finding out what's between the ears and inside the chest. And that's just evolution speaking. Human beings are wired this way. Who will be stronger, a better provider, build a better home? You can't always judge that by how big the biceps are, but the biceps, or the breasts, get the attention.

Personally, the voice and the sparkle in the eyes get my attention--for both women and men. I've noticed this in my friends. If the voice is warm-sounding, and if the eyes have a playful look, the person is fun to be around. If the voice is harsh or if the eyes are sad or squashed by the weight of the world, that person is not fun to be around. I look for my friends to help lift me up, not to bring me down. And I want to be around women with the same qualities. A beautiful, warm voice and sparkling eyes are the characteristics I think are most important.

And there's plenty of women who make choices over and over again because they're swayed by a pretty face and a big chest or whatever attracts them. They don't think beyond. Give me a man who makes me laugh and who will be there for me when things aren't going well. That's sexy to me.
